Master Ceramist – Cosmetic Dental Laboratory Specialist.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Ceramist to join our world‑class cosmetic dental team in‑house. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with premier cosmetic dentists on high‑profile and VIP cases, including individuals in the public eye.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate ultra‑high‑end ceramic restorations including veneers, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and full smile rehabilitations.
  • Layer, contour, stain, and finish restorations with exceptional esthetic precision.
  • Work closely alongside doctors during treatment planning, shade matching, and case execution.
  • Interpret clinical photography, digital scans, and prescriptions to create natural, functional, and highly esthetic restorations.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and predictable outcomes.
  • Maintain the highest standards for quality control, fit, anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics.
  • Participate in complex cosmetic and rehabilitative cases involving demanding esthetic expectations.
  • Stay current with the latest ceramic materials, digital workflows, and laboratory techniques.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, discretion, and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a dental ceramist, with strong cosmetic and anterior esthetic experience preferred.
  • Master‑level ceramic layering and finishing skills.
  • Experience with high‑end cosmetic dentistry cases and smile design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, morphology, occlusion, and natural esthetics.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital dentistry workflows, scanners, CAD/CAM systems, and modern laboratory technology preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professionalism and discretion when working with high‑profile clientele.
