Our well-established, modern private dental practice has experienced tremendous growth, expanding from a two-chair office to a thriving seven-chair, multi-provider practice. We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who is organized, proactive, and capable of leading a busy, patient-focused team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving systems, and helping a growing practice continue to thrive.
Schedule- Monday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Oversee daily operations of a busy multi-provider dental practice.
- Manage and lead the administrative team while fostering a positive office culture.
- Present treatment plans and review financial arrangements with patients.
- Accurately calculate insurance estimates and patient copays.
- Verify insurance benefits and maximize reimbursement.
- Manage patient scheduling and recall systems to maintain a productive schedule.
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Coordinate with providers to optimize productivity and patient flow.
- Process third-party financing, including Care Credit and Lending Club.
- Work closely with ownership to improve office systems and efficiency.
- Assist with bringing billing and insurance posting functions back in-house.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager in a private practice.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, including Delta Dental Premier and Aetna
. - Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
- Familiarity with Care Credit, Lending Club, and other patient financing options.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Strong computer and dental practice management software skills.
- Competitive compensation of $42-$45/hour
