Straight Set Orthodontics on the Upper West Side is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a growth-focused orthodontic/pedo practice. This role emphasizes culture, systems, accountability, and excellence in a fast-paced setting.
The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of dental/ortho management experience, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills. On-site, 8-hour shifts, with Monday–Friday schedules and weekend availability as needed.
