Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team

• Active registered dental hygiene license
• Lives in NY, CT, NJ, PA or MA due to travel required to support NY and CT team members
• Ability to travel and be in office 3-4 days per week, and able to do overnights when required (this is not a remote position)
• Has minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience
• Has been doing dental hygiene minimum 2 years
• Exhibit adaptability, being prepared to visit and assess our many practices in order to optimize patient care and hygiene practice
• Ability to work with teams productively and amicably, establishing relationships while coaching and guiding team members in our hygiene goals
• Display strong communication skills, discussing performance problems and identifying causes in order to resolve issues among our practices
• Possess strong leadership skills, training and instructing our team members and, when necessary, supporting office managers with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding in a highly exciting, fast-paced atmosphere
• Practice organizational skills while handling multiple tasks, special projects, and research when needed
