• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• NY State dental license
• Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on patient care
• Ability to work well with a team in a family-friendly environment
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care
• For specialists: board certification or eligibility preferred

• Provide high-quality general dentistry or specialty care
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and patient safety
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide preventive care and education to patients on oral hygiene
• Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, and bridges
• Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dental practice
