We’re looking for a General Dentist to join our established Red Hook practice as we welcome a new provider to our team. This is an opportunity for a dentist who values quality over quantity, enjoys comprehensive dentistry, and wants the support of a dental organization without giving up the feel of a close-knit private practice.

With approximately 8–10 patients per day, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on thoughtful diagnosis, quality treatment, and meaningful patient relationships rather than simply chasing volume.

Our Red Hook practice is a true community dental practice, led by Dr. Ross, who is highly engaged in the local community and well known in the area.

You’ll be joining a team of 3 General Dentists and 2 Registered Dental Hygienists in a five-operatory practice where teamwork and patient relationships matter.

The practice has built a loyal patient base and is known for delivering exceptional care. Across The Smilist organization, our practices have earned more than 7,000 five-star patient reviews.

We’re looking for a dentist comfortable providing comprehensive General Dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive General Dentistry
• Crowns and Bridges
• Extractions
• Anterior and Molar Root Canals
• Diagnosis and treatment planning
• Patient education and treatment acceptance
• Building long-term patient relationships

This is an opportunity for a broad-scope “Super GP” who enjoys variety and wants to provide comprehensive care under one roof.

We’re looking for a clinician who combines strong clinical skills with an exceptional approach to patient care.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of clinical experience
• GPR or AEGD completion preferred
• Is comfortable practicing broad-scope General Dentistry
• Takes pride in clinical excellence and quality outcomes
• Prioritizes quality of care over production volume
• Builds trust and creates long-term patient relationships
• Is motivated, driven, and committed to continued growth
• Works well in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates excellent communication and patient-care skills

Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday

8:30 AM–5:00 PM

This four-day schedule gives you a consistent workweek while allowing you to maintain flexibility outside of the practice.
