Department of Housing Preservation and Development seeks a Compliance Specialist for Lead Hazard Control & Healthy Homes. You will oversee agency-wide compliance with lead-based paint, mold, radon, and other health hazards, coordinating with ENS, HAS, APM, and others to monitor and strengthen programs.
The role requires interpreting complex laws, developing risk-based action plans, and delivering trainings to staff. A remote-work option is available two days weekly under the city program.
