Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile
  • Use multiple computer programs to manage data and chart tasks related to patient information
  • Communicate with patients about their status and condition via email, phone, text, and face-to-face conversations
  • Maintain and update patient accounts with contact, insurance, and financial information in a confidential manner
  • Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment
  • Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)
