We are a busy, professional endodontic specialty practice looking for an experienced, motivated, and personable dental assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is easygoing, energetic, dependable, and a true team player.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment.
Responsibilities- greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
- prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures
- take and process digital dental X-Rays
- perform cbct scans
- assist the doctor during root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures
- maintain and prepare endodontic instruments and equipment
- sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection-control protocols
- provide excellent patient care and reassurance throughout treatment
- assist with room turnover and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
- help with scheduling, patient communication, and other front/back office duties as needed
- work closely with the doctor and team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
- the ideal candidate previous dental assisting experience required
- endodontic experience strongly preferred - comfortable taking X-rays and cbct scans
- energetic, positive, and friendly personality
- easygoing and pleasant to work with
- reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
- professional appearance and attitude - willing to learn and take initiative
- schedule part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right candidate.
