Dental Finance Coordinator

Our practice is looking for a skilled Dental Biller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dental billing operations, including insurance claims submission, patient account management, and payment collections. You will ensure accurate billing and timely follow-ups to support the revenue cycle of our dental practice. This role requires proficiency with Dentrix Asend. and an understanding of dental insurance policies and codes.

This is NOT a remote position. It is fully on site in our office in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:

• Submit dental claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with patients about billing questions and payment arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental billing regulations and insurance guidelines.
• Assist with monthly billing reports and audits as needed.

We offer $27 - $37 hourly based on experience, a professional work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Monday 8:45 - 5:30

Tuesday 8:30 - 7:30

Wednesday 8:45 - 5:30

Thursday 8:30- 7:30

Friday 8:30 - 3:30

And the 2ndSaturday of every month 8:30-3:30 and no Friday worked that week; and this is only for September
- May

• - Previous experience in dental billing required.
• - Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims, coding, and billing procedures.
• - Proficiency with dental billing software
  - Dentrix Asend and Microsoft Office.
• - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
• - Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn, NY

$27 - $37/hourly
