• $156,000 - $179,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission-Based Incentives Opportunities:
  Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dentist
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program
• Valid New York State Dental License
• Active DEA Registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• No history of malpractice claims

• Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies:
  Endodontics Residency, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency
• Clinical experience with chairside assisting, prosthodontics, endodontics, implantology, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry preferred

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including preventive, restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, implantology, oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures
• Exhibit a gentle and caring chairside manner to ensure patient comfort and confidence
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with a highly skilled support team to optimize patient care and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory standards and practice protocols
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with dental advancements
• Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate reliability in providing high-quality dental care
• Engage in practice growth initiatives and prepare for potential leadership or ownership roles
