Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team in Rocky Point, NY. Our practice specializes in implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive patient care. Earning $28–31/hr based on experience, you will work alongside two skilled implant and cosmetic dentists in a modern, supportive environment.

In this role, you will assist doctors with general dentistry and implant surgical procedures, manage treatment room setups, take X-rays, oversee instrument sterilization, and support patient education. We offer a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.

• $28–31/hr

Pay is based on experience. Performance bonuses, 401(k) with 2% employer match, and profit sharing available.

Key Responsibilities
