Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx is looking for a Dental Office Receptionist to join our busy, patient-focused practice. Dental experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you have strong customer service skills, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to build your dental front-office skills.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with occasional Saturdays - Hands-On Training: Learn dental scheduling, insurance, patient coordination, and front-office systems

- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional check-in and checkout experience
- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with patient questions
- Maintain accurate patient information, records, and front-office documentation
- Learn to verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand basic coverage information
- Process payments and assist with routine financial transactions
- Coordinate with providers and the clinical team to keep patient flow running smoothly
- Learn and utilize dental software and office systems
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and practice standards
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required - we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, medical office, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients in person and over the phone
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
