We are seeking dedicated Dental Hygienists to join the team. This role encompasses responsible professional work in preventive dental care, with opportunities to grow into advanced responsibilities.
What You’ll Do- Conduct patient screenings, oral health assessments, and charting.
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal scaling, and root planing.
- Take and upload dental digital imaging and radiographs.
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation.
- Apply preventive agents (fluoride, sealants) and place subgingival prescription drugs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Assist dentists chairside and maintain strict infection control standards.
- Provide administrative support for oral cancer screenings and community outreach (Level II).
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Certificate to Administer & Monitor Local Infiltration Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide Analgesia.
- One year of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $52 – $61 per hour
