Join as a Dental Hygienist and provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care in a modern studio environment. Responsibilities Include
- Delivering comprehensive treatments such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, gingivitis management, oral cancer screenings, sealants, whitening, fluoride applications, and patient education.
- Collaborating with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize patient flow, manage sterilization, and support documentation.
- Partnering with dentists for hygiene exams and treatment planning based on patient needs.
- Driving hygiene production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day treatments.
- Maintaining strong patient relationships through clear communication and personalized education.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development through CE opportunities and peer collaboration.
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program and active state hygiene license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification; anesthesia/nitrous license if applicable.
- Comfort with digital charting, x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care.
- Manual dexterity, good vision, and ability to perform extended periods of sitting and reaching.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
