An award-winning global architecture and interior design firm is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its growing Retail team, based in New York City. With a strong presence in key international markets and a reputation for creating culturally connected, emotionally engaging spaces, this firm offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality projects across America.

This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone with proven experience managing multiple projects from concept through to construction, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with global Retail brands, overseeing everything from scheduling and documentation to consultant coordination and code compliance, and prior experience working in the fast-paced Retail, F&B or Hospitality sectors would prove ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Retail project teams and manage schedules, deliverables, and budgets
  • Act as the technical lead on design detailing and building code compliance
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and preparation of design and permit packages
  • Ensure design aligns with client standards and landlord requirements
  • Contribute to internal resource planning and proposal development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Licensed architect (ideal but not essential)
  • 8+ years of relevant architectural / PM experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Smartsheet
