Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architect with 3–8 years of experience to join a highly respected residential architecture studio known for designing exceptional, bespoke homes. This role offers the opportunity to work on luxury custom homes from initial concept through construction, collaborating closely with senior designers and consultants in a thoughtful, design-driven environment.

• Contribute to the full design process, from early concepts and schematic design through construction documentation and administration
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawing sets for high-end residential projects
• Produce and support 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings
• Support a high level of craftsmanship, detail, and design excellence throughout all phases

• 3–8 years of professional experience, ideally in luxury residential or custom home design
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering
• Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and documentation
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A thoughtful, organized approach to design and project execution
• Hybrid schedule: in-office three days per week, remote two days per week
