• Assisting Designers on all project goals through all design phases - from CAD drawings, presentations, through installation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues promptly.
• Maintaining FF&E and Construction schedules, budgets, and design books.
• Able to source and coordinate finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, textiles, and window treatments.
• Assist the team in verifying the accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Assist the team with tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of all items.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and receiving warehouses.
• Take initiative, solve problems, collaborate & communicate effectively with the Design Team.
• Client‑friendly, a team player, and work well in a collaborative setting.
• Proficient in reviewing shop drawings and drafting interior plans, elevations & details.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to source furnishings, lighting, and decor to suit budget and style.

Skills & Tools:

• 2–4 years full-time experience at an architecture or interior design firm.
• Strong project management and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Experience with client and vendor relations.
• Knowledge of NYC design resources (hard materials, millwork, textiles, plumbing, lighting, hardware, etc.).
