• Source antique and vintage furniture and objects for projects
• Research and develop materials for various project requirements
• Coordinate decorative elements with architectural design
• Create detailed documentation of decorative specifications, including materials, hardware, and fixtures
• Develop furniture plans and manage custom FF&E design and development
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to decorative project budgets
• Lead and manage decorative furnishing procurement processes
• Liaise with workrooms to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Manage installation scheduling and on-site coordination
• Develop compelling client presentations, including visual research and design
• Communicate effectively during internal reviews and with high-end residential clients

• 9+ years of professional interior design experience, with residential experience a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong graphics and visual presentation skills, including the ability to create detailed hand sketches and renderings
• 3D modeling and rendering experience (Rhino, Revit) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with custom FF&E design and development
• Ability to manage and execute budgets and schedules effectively
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with an ability to balance creative and logistical tasks
• Capability to lead, manage, and execute high-end design projects
