Title: Architect – Temporary Role | Multi-Family Residential
Client: With two generations of expertise in New York City’s design, development, and construction fields, our client has a proven track record of delivering designs that elevate the value of residential, cultural, and institutional projects.
This is an immediate temporary opportunity to join a skilled architecture team working on multiple multi-family residential projects in the working drawings phase
. Perfect for an architect who enjoys jumping into active projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering precision documentation.
You’ll work directly in Revit to prepare and coordinate filing sets
, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Produce detailed working drawings for multi-family residential projects
- Assemble filing sets for submission in line with NYC codes and requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Work exclusively in Revit for all documentation
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Solid working drawing experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
Compensation- Hourly pay
, based on experience - Paid for every hour worked
