This is an immediate temporary opportunity to join a skilled architecture team working on multiple multi-family residential projects in the working drawings phase
. Perfect for an architect who enjoys jumping into active projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering precision documentation.

You’ll work directly in Revit to prepare and coordinate filing sets
, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

• Produce detailed working drawings for multi-family residential projects
• Assemble filing sets for submission in line with NYC codes and requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Work exclusively in Revit for all documentation

• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Solid working drawing experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology

• Hourly pay
