Location: New York
Overview
We are seeking a Job Captain to join our collaborative, design-driven studio. This is an opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, including healthcare, education, corporate interiors, retail, community facilities, and luxury residential.
What you’ll do- Produce, coordinate, and manage the development of construction documents.
- Review projects for code compliance, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Coordinate consultant documents across disciplines
- Respond to RFIs and submittals
- Work directly with firm Principals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Strong technical knowledge, knowledge of codes, detailing, and systems
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and 3D rendering software
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional license preferred
