Project Architect

Bespoke Careers is partnering with a small, design-driven architecture studio in Manhattan seeking a talented Project Architect. This is a unique opportunity to join an intimate team where your contributions are visible, valued, and directly tied to project success. The office is located in Midtown, close to three subway lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architectural design and documentation through all project phases — from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration
• Produce accurate, well-coordinated drawings and technical deliverables using AutoCAD
• Serve as a client-facing architect, supporting design presentations and client decision-making
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to maintain design quality and project momentum
• Conduct site visits and support on-site coordination as required
• Help manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality control
• Are proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical documentation skills
• Thrive in a small team environment where initiative and collaboration are essential
• Have excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Bring experience with high-end residential projects; commercial experience is a plus
• Are comfortable owning work across all stages of the architectural process
