Rhythm Careers is delighted to partnering with one of our favourite clients, a mid-sized, mission driven studio who work on public sector projects in New York City, in their search for a Project Architect to join the team. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice who have a generous hybrid schedule, and commitment to their staff's work / life balance with flexible hours.

This studio have multiple offices across the US and, out of New York, work exclusively on academic projects in higher education and K-12. They are a design driven studio, who work across the full life cycle of projects, including overseeing construction on-site in New York. They have a very flexible hybrid schedule, flexible hours, and a lovely studio environment to go with that - being a great place for professionals seeking to gain exposure across all facets of design and construction, or those who may be looking for additional flexibility or better work / life balance.

They are looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team, in a fully hands on role working from SD-CA on local, New York based academic projects. You will be guiding the design vision, involved in all production and documentation, take the lead with your clients, and oversee construction on-site.

To be considered for this role you must have New York based academic project experience, be a strong Revit user, have overseen construction on-site through CA.
