Job Summary

Job Summary: The Senior UI/UX Product Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and overall experience for those users navigating our data-dense web-based applications and websites. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer seeks to improve the user experience by suggesting interactions that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. They collaborate with teams and individuals across a wide variety of departments as needed:
Development Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external clients.

• Deep knowledge of design tools.

• Creates standard usability testing plans and executes.

• Works effectively with various stakeholders, including target users, to bring together a product design.

• Takes initiative in gathering requirements and personal development and validation.

• Supports and mentors less-experienced UI/UX designers.

• Oversees the user interface and overall customer-experience design for our key web applications.

• Manages and prioritizes multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Adopts a data-driven approach to present design solutions.

• Maintains and evolves design systems and guidelines.

• Performs any other reasonable activity required by management.

• Mastery of design software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc.).

• Enthusiasm for design work in a software-as-a-service company.

• Driven by client satisfaction.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
