• Strong communication skills to synthesize technical discussions for senior leadership
• Ability to navigate and improve evolving legacy systems

• Experience in Fintech or at a Hyperscaler Cloud Infrastructure provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Background in managing technical software products from inception to scale
• Experience in designing and building multi-product platforms or complex billing systems
