OverviewJob Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead large-scale hospitality projects through all phases of design and construction. This client-facing, leadership role requires a balance of creative direction, technical oversight, and strong communication across internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate has experience managing high-end hospitality design projects, mentoring teams, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients. This is a hands-on role, best suited for someone with excellent organizational skills, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to guide a project from concept through construction.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of high-end hospitality projects
- Manage internal project teams, schedules, and deliverables across all design phases
- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee permitting processes, construction administration, and site coordination
- Guide finish and FFE selection, specification, and approvals
- Ensure execution aligns with design intent, schedule, and budget
- Conduct QA/QC reviews, submittals, and shop drawing approvals
- Contribute to office-wide resourcing and mentoring of junior staff
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience working on related project types
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing teams and mid-to-large-sized projects
- Based in New York City and available to work in the office.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Autodesk CAD/REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Bluebeam, Procore/Newforma
- Experience with FFE selection, specification software, and custom furniture development
- Strong understanding of codes, detailing, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
