Intermediate Architect

Rhythm Careers are partnering with a long-standing client in their search for an Intermediate Architect. This design studio has a commitment to work / life balance and wellbeing, making this a rare opportunity to work for a top-quality design studio in New York, without the long hours and overtime!

This design studio is c.45-strong, and work on top quality hospitality and residential projects, almost all based in New York City. They work from concept through to completion collaboratively on both architecture and interiors, with a striking and distinctive design aesthetic, and hospitality's trademark attention to detail. They work with some of the globe's leading hospitality brands, as well as smaller boutique projects, and give all staff the opportunity to work from concept through to completion on project, including CA work, and getting on the job site to oversee construction.

They have a supportive and well-balanced culture, putting importance on respecting people's personal time, having a hybrid schedule and not having expectations for long hours or overtime. Working collaboratively through all phases of projects, they can offer Intermediate Designers and Architects the chance to gain holistic and practical project experience on high quality, local projects.

To be considered for this role you must have between 4-8 years' experience, have experience working on projects that are intricate and entail real attention to detail, be proficient in Revit, and wanting to buy into a team environment and supportive studio culture!
