The role offers exposure to architecturally significant custom residences where concepts are developed through sketching and visual studies, refined through advanced digital tools, and executed with close attention to craft and detail.

• Lead and support design development for high-end residential projects
• Produce construction documents and detailed drawing sets using Revit and AutoCAD
• Translate conceptual sketches and visual studies into buildable architectural solutions
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and fabricators throughout all phases
• Participate in material selection, detailing, and construction administration
• Maintain high design and documentation standards across multiple projects

• Licensed Architect
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong background in high-end residential architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building systems
• Strong communication skills and attention to design intent
