• Produce comprehensive Construction Documents.
• Lead and mentor junior architects in the team.
• Attend and actively participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Retail, and Hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong coordination skills with confidence in producing Construction Documents.
• Experience in leading junior architects, meeting with clients, and coordinating with consultants.

• Licensed Architect.
• Experience with tenant fit-out projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $55.00/hr.
