Brand & Marketing Designer

Our autonomous AI Workers operate across enterprise departments—from IT and HR to Procurement and Legal—handling requests end-to-end and unlocking time for teams to focus on what matters most.

We’re shaping the way AI integrates into the workplace, helping organizations move toward fully autonomous service operations with built-in security, orchestration, and continuous learning.

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Brand & Marketing Designer to help us scale our visual identity, evolve our brand, and support the marketing and product design teams in telling a clear, cohesive story across every touchpoint.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on building systems, loves working across functions, and wants to shape how the brand shows up as we grow.

Work closely with the marketing team to design and maintain scalable templates and toolkits that enable consistent, high-quality execution across channels.

Partner with product designers to ensure brand consistency and coherence across the product experience

Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across internal and external touchpoints

Own and evolve the brand identity of ai.work, treating the brand as a living system that matures over time

Design web assets and collaborate on the website experience (Framer experience is a strong plus)

4+ years in web and brand design—ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or creative agency setting

A portfolio of exceptional digital work across brand identity, marketing, and web

Expert in Figma, with a deep understanding of UI design systems and best practices

Bonus:
Experience with Framer.

The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
