• Review, create, and develop innovative design solutions that align with the organization's priorities for safety, operational excellence, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all project plans conform to applicable building codes, energy conservation codes, local laws, fire regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
• Prepare comprehensive project scopes and reports by collecting, analyzing, surveying, and summarizing relevant data, trends, and site conditions.
• Obtain final architectural design approvals by effectively presenting and explaining designs to management, incorporating necessary design and cost revisions.
• Prepare and perform detailed cost‑benefit analyses, project estimates, schedules, and all related project documentation.
• Apply principles of ergonomics to design solutions to enhance user comfort and efficiency.
• Review and approve architectural design scope within the organization's drawings repository system as required.
• Collaborate closely with management to review and uphold corporate standards.
• Coordinate, direct, peer‑check, and review the work of other architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative, technical, and analytical thinking, with a clear capacity to analyze quantitatively, problem‑solve, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience in design and the application of architectural and/or engineering principles in relevant areas of expertise.
• Experience with construction administration or project management.
• Proven experience in preparing budgets, project estimates, and schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to various sites, as needed.
• Experience in space management.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Field.

This role will start off as fully onsite in NYC and after training will be a hybrid schedule. Only local candidates will be considered.
