Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a Architect with 6-8 years of experience committed to design innovation, building craft, and environmental stewardship. Interested individuals should be self-directed, thoughtful designers with excellent conceptual design, communication, and technical skills and a curiosity to learn and grow professionally. This role is for an architect who approaches practice as an integrated endeavor, balancing design excellence with financial judgment, responsiveness, and leadership responsibility.

We are seeking someone with the ambition to lead and an interest in taking on accountability and responsibility within the design practice.

This position involves design, documentation, production as well as construction administration. Successful candidates will be able to mentor junior team members and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.

• 6-8 years post-graduate professional US architecture experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, with ability to collaborate with the team;
• Strong design, graphic and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to take a leadership role on projects from initial concept through construction administration.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural building systems.
• Digital proficiency with Revit , Rhino, Enscape , Adobe Creative Suite. Management of Projects in Revit Preferred
• Applicants must have a BArch or MArch.
• Licensed Architects with green building credentials such as LEED, PHI/PHIUS or LFA preferred.

This is a full-time in-person position with a competitive benefits package. Expected salary range is $83,000-$105,000 depending upon capabilities and relevant experience.
