Architectural Designer​/Project Architect

We’re expanding rapidly and seeking talented Architects with deep Revit expertise to join our team, delivering high-profile, ground-up high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout NYC. We’re a high-energy, collaborative team that works hard, has fun along the way, and values professionals who can lead initiatives one moment and dive into technical detailing the next.

You’ll be at the forefront of designing towering residential buildings, dynamic mixed-use podiums with retail, amenities, and public spaces — taking projects from conceptual massing and schematic design all the way through detailed construction documentation. You’ll work closely with project teams and globally recognized design firms on some of the most exciting new developments in the city.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering NYC high-rise multifamily and mixed-use new developments (this expertise is essential — we need you to contribute immediately on these complex project types)
• Outstanding architectural drafting and detailing capabilities
• Working knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning resolutions, and high-rise construction detailing
• Proficiency in creating high-quality BIM content, families, and shared parameters
• Genuine commitment to team success and project excellence
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong strategic and big-picture thinking
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining top-tier organization.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch preferred)
• Highly proficient in Revit
• 5+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm
• Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam
• Track record of successfully contributing to NYC high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects

• Licensed Architect
• Experience mentoring junior staff and thriving when working independently
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
