A premier NYC architecture and design firm is seeking a technically skilled Project Architect to join their team. Focused on healthcare projects, this role requires a strong command of design documentation, consultant coordination, and code compliance—paired with a sharp eye for detail and design intent.
Responsibilities- Develop complete construction document sets (plans, RCPs, millwork, schedules, etc.) in Revit.
- Translate concepts into architectural drawings for DOB filings and construction.
- Coordinate with consultants to align technical scope and ensure compliance with NYC codes and ADA standards.
- Support DOB submission efforts and assist with permit and filing documentation.
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree; licensure preferred (or actively in progress).
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare architecture.
- Advanced Revit skills required; proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code and DOB filing processes.
- Exceptional drawing, detailing, and coordination skills.
- Clear communicator with a team-first, detail-oriented mindset.
