Main Purpose of the RoleWe are currently seeking for a New Packaging Development Manager
, who, inside the Communication Agency, design and develops new packaging to ensure a group of new concepts/packaging are available to be introduced or commercialized annually.
In this role, you will be the creative engine of our development pipeline, responsible for translating abstract insights into tangible, bold, and market-ready solutions.
What you will do- Visionary Ideation: generate disruptive concepts through freehand sketching and digital painting, exploring new aesthetic directions
- Product Storytelling: develop a coherent visual narrative for every project, curating the object's identity from initial sketch to prototype
- Trend & Materials Research: anticipate design evolutions and experiment with cutting-edge materials, textures, and finishes
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: transform concepts into detailed 3D models and create high-impact, emotionally resonant photorealistic visualizations
- Dynamic
Collaboration:
work closely with the technical team to ensure that creative audacity seamlessly aligns with industrial feasibility; maintain ongoing communication with Group Global Packaging R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering to insure a thorough understanding of emerging new packaging and manufacturing technology. Incorporate this learning into new product development process. Able to cope with Global and Local Marketing department provides leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of new packs by working on the provided market research to meet consumer needs;
work with manufacturing to identify packaging improvements, identify co-pack opportunities; periodically presents project updates to the leadership team.
- Degree as a Product Architect and/or Packaging Industrial/Structural Designer;
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience in the field of marketing, Packaging for FMCG environment, product management;
- Proficient in sketching, 3d modeling, rendering: using tools such as Rhino, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
- Strong written and oral communication, planning and organization skills and strong analytical abilities;
- Enthusiastic and curious, capable of working independently and staying organized while assuming multiple responsibilities and tasks;
- Curiosity for new technologies, sustainability, and emerging visual languages;
- Able to motivate, problem solve, deal with ambiguity and effectively prioritize business needs;
- Able to cope with a high degree of stress and demand required by the interaction with many departments;
- A portfolio that showcases not only the final result but also your creative process (from the chaos of the idea to the precision of the product);
