About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Associate to join our fast-paced NYC team. You’ll be the bridge between design, vendors, and production—keeping our product pipeline on track from concept through final hand-off. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional teamwork, vendor communication, and product lifecycle management, and who is looking to build a long-term career in apparel.

How

You’ll Contribute
  • Coordinate with Design and Production to manage comments and approvals from development through final production.
  • Communicate daily with factories, vendors, and suppliers to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Oversee sample tracking and submissions, including fabric and trim approvals, proto samples, salesman samples, PP samples, and TOP samples.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of approvals, comments, and status updates, both electronic and physical.
  • Support revisions, adds, and drops to ensure timely execution and clean hand-offs to Production.
  • Assist in maintaining PLM systems and Excel tracking reports.
What You Bring to the Team
  • 3–5 years of experience in product development, apparel production, or licensed apparel business.
  • Working knowledge of PLM systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
