Senior Interior Designer (High-End Residential) - $85K TO $115K

A top boutique residential interior design firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and exceptionally organized Senior Interior Designer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of design projects—from initial site survey through to final installation—working closely with the Principal in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Lead and contribute to all phases of residential design projects
• Design development and full FF&E specification
• Project management and coordination with vendors, consultants, and clients
• Produce and execute a complete set of construction documents in AutoCAD
• Develop detailed millwork drawings and specifications

• Degree in Interior Design
• 8–10+ years of high-end residential design experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (full construction document sets required)
• Strong millwork design and detailing experience
• Studio Designer knowledge a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
