We are seeking a Project Architect to lead projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for coordinating design, documentation, and consultant teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project development from schematic design through construction administration
- Prepare and oversee construction documents
- Manage client communication and meetings
- Ensure code compliance and technical accuracy
- Support project schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Mentor junior team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 6–10+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Licensed or pursuing licensure preferred
