We seek an intermediate
architect with 4-8 years of post-graduate, professional experience working on high-end residential and/or commercial projects. Applicants should possess exceptional, demonstrated design talent, be self-driven and motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Work closely with the principal and senior staff on all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
- Possess excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.
- Be a strong team player who is genuinely able to work collaboratively.
- Have well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- Engage in design studies, digital modeling, product, and material research.
- Have a grasp of adaptability guidelines, zoning and building codes and their impact on architectural designs.
- Coordinate in-depth with engineering and specialty consultants to integrate their work.
- Produce and supervise work on construction documents, including details and material specifications.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
- Experience with construction administration.
