Deccan AI Experts is seeking US-based voice professionals with distinct regional or blended cultural accents for a paid freelance engagement supporting AI voice training and evaluation.
This opportunity is specifically focused on accent diversity
. We are prioritizing voices that authentically represent a broad range of US regional speech patterns and mixed cultural identities.
We are especially interested in:
- New York / Northeast accents
- Southern (all variations)
- Midwest accents
- Appalachian accents
- African American Vernacular English (AAVE) speakers
- Mixed US + international accents such as:
Indian-American/Mexican-American/Filipino-American/Russian-American/Chinese-American/Other blended cultural identities
Age Groups: 18-51+
You should have:
- Strong awareness of your own accent and vocal characteristics
- Ability to critically analyze speech nuances
Technical Requirements:
- Must reside in the United States
- Quiet recording environment
- External microphone required
