- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in iOS development in swift, technical UX design, and prototyping.
- 3 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, or Firebase Studio.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work samples in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
- Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
As a User Experience (UX) leader, you help define and drive the future of Google design. You identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design.
In this role, you will apply your passion for brand, craft, and design fidelity to guide research and design processes, mentor talented members of your team, and collaborate with leaders of other UX and Engineering teams to create innovative experiences across all of Google’s products.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $178,000‑$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Manage a team of UX Engineers to implement versatile front‑end solutions to web development issues.
- Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
- Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
- Deliver engaging prototypes using the latest in front‑end technologies.
