The Store Designer supports the Global Store Design team in creating compelling, on‑brand physical retail environments across international markets. This role translates global design standards and creative concepts into localized store layouts and shop drawing‑ready design packages, ensuring consistency, functionality, and excellence across all store formats. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creatively driven, and comfortable working across multiple regions, timelines, and stakeholders.

• Develop and produce store layouts, 3D designs, elevations, and detail drawings based on global design standards.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and strategic projects across multiple international markets.
• Maintain materials library and source additional materials and samples as necessary.
• Coordinate with regional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
• Partner closely with regions to ensure global material standards are clearly communicated and executed.
• Review regional alternate materials and furniture to meet global standards.

• Maintain and evolve global store design guidelines and material libraries.
• Ensure design solutions meet brand, operational, sustainability, and cost requirements.
• Review drawings and site feedback to ensure design intent is delivered.

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 6-10 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience producing drawing sets through design development stage with strong knowledge of construction and millwork detailing.
• Highly organized and strong communicator, with the ability to maintain an organized materials library and ensure clear coordination with internal partners and regional teams.
• Shows agility and flexibility; must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks. Must have the ability to listen, follow direction, be responsive to change and feedback and have a willingness to collaborate with all designers on the team.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering skill is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs.
