Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $63500 - $114105 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

The Senior Associate Designer, Outerwear supports the creation and execution of designs across all outerwear categories. This role collaborates closely with senior design leadership, product development, technical design, and cross‑functional partners to deliver innovative designs that uphold our elevated aesthetic and craftsmanship standards.
- Execute precise, high‑quality flat sketches by hand and/or Adobe Illustrator to support seasonal outerwear development, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Contribute to design presentations and continue developing communication skills for meetings with Senior Leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Assist with design handoffs to the Italian sourcing team by compiling and organizing accurate style information and technical sketches.
- Curate compelling visual storytelling for design reviews, bringing strong seasonal inspiration, trend research, and outerwear‑specific innovation (e.g., trims, quilting, insulation, fabric technologies).
- Prepare and update design decks for fittings, line reviews, and presentations with Senior Leaders; clearly communicate design revisions and construction details to Product Development and Technical Design.
- Support design needs across all outerwear categories—including concept development, protos, tear sheets, mockups, hardware research, fabrication exploration, and competitive market analysis.
- Design experience, preferably within luxury, RTW, or performance outerwear categories.
- Strong flat sketching skills (hand or Illustrator) with the ability to communicate construction details clearly.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to support multiple design work streams simultaneously across a fast‑paced outerwear calendar.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
