Interior Architect Profile - Hospitality

We are looking for a talented Interior Architect who is pro-active, very creative and organized. You will be successful in this role if you are autonomous and able to handle world-class international and local projects from brief to execution. You will be responsible ensuring projects align with brand identity, customer experience, and operational needs. Your role involves a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management.

Working under the supervision of a Senior Architect, you will work closely with a team of interior designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, digital strategists, technical support, and world-class creative directors. The ideal candidate will show a transversal expertise and combine creativity, technical knowledge, material understanding, and relationships with third party partners.

• Degree in Interior Designer, Architecture, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering high quality concepts and projects in the hospitality sector.
• Authorization to work in the US
• Deep expertise in the DD and CD phase, with a strong portfolio of construction details.
• Knowledge in construction, finishes, materials, manufacturing methods, and production processes.
• Knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices.
• Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, accessibility (ADA/ANSI), NYC building codes, and typical construction standards.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and Auto Cad.
• Proficient in Enscape and/or VRay, Key Shot, and other 3D/creative softwares a plus.
• Must be outgoing, engaged, and proactive, with a team mindset.
• Must be fluent in English (written & spoken).
• French / Chinese are a plus.

• Utilize Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino rendering tools for precise design execution
• Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation in Autocad.
• Develop and refine DD and CD packages, ensuring accuracy and clarity at every stage.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency of lifework, notation, and detailing across the entire DD/CD set.
• Collaborate with diverse projects teams, including in-house design teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to execute designs within budget and timeline.
• Ensure adherence to luxury hospitality standards, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Participate in cost estimates, material selection, and vendor negotiations to maintain quality and efficiency.
