Job TitleCoordinator, Architecture (North America)
Primary PurposeThe Coordinator, Store Design will oversee new store projects, renovations, enhancements and concept work for the Coach brand. The role will be based in our corporate office in New York, working in the office three days a week and remotely two days a week.
Responsibilities- Assist on new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects from feasibility to opening.
- Review project designs with the direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams—including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development and construction—are aligned.
- Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials and sizing.
- Bachelor’s – Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
- 1+ years experience in an architecture/drafting position.
- Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be self‑motivated, highly productive and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally with other business groups.
- Highly organized, self‑starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Must be able to read and understand architectural and millwork drawings.
Hybrid—three days in the office, two days remote.
Base Pay Range$60,000.00–$70,000.00
