Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Building Management Specialist / Building Supervisor in Long Island City, NY. The details of the opportunity are below.
Responsibilities- Coordinate field activities for roof tank cleaning.
- Monitor vendor practices, including technique, chemicals used, and epoxies used.
- Communicate with borough plumbers and fire safety plumbers to ensure drain down and tank fill‑up are conducted.
- Check if a water station is present and on site.
- Check on the integrity of cleaning ladders and roof tanks.
