MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN INTERIOR DESIGN OFFICE
Seeking a highly organized and creative a Interior Designer / Project to lead residential projects from concept to installation.
Responsibilities- Lead creative development of high‑end residential projects, producing original concepts while working closely with the Principal.
- Manage client presentations, communications, and relationships professionally.
- Develop comprehensive design schemes, furniture plans, finish schedules and lighting plans.
- Sourcing of luxury furniture, fabrics, finishes, art, and accessories.
- Liaise with artisans and workrooms.
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and critical path schedules while troubleshooting issues.
