This is a unique opportunity for business professionals to join a growing team and help shape the culture, operations, and day-to-day experience of a new office from the ground up. This role will be located at the 900 Third Avenue office.

As a Digital Services Coordinator, you’ll play a critical dual-capacity role supporting Digital/Reprographics Services and Delivery operations in our New York office at 900 Third Avenue. This position is central to ensuring high-quality production, timely delivery, and exceptional service for internal customers by coordinating, producing, and delivering digital and reprographics work with accuracy and care. You’ll work hands‑on with high-volume production equipment, manage competing priorities, and collaborate closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m. ET.
- Request Intake & Prioritization: Manage, prioritize, and respond to digital services and reprographics requests, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and service expectations are consistently met.
- High–Volume Production & Scanning: Operate and maintain production printers, scanners, copiers, binding equipment, and multifunction devices (MFDs), completing print, scan, and document reassembly projects using platforms such as nQ.
- Document Preparation & Quality Control: Format documents, convert file types, prepare files for production, and perform detailed quality checks on print alignment, clarity, paper stock, and materials.
- Job Processing & Digital File Management: Configure job‑processing software, manage job queues, and deliver scanned files for processing, clean‑up, naming, conversion, and secure storage.
- Cross‑Functional Production & Media Services: Support a range of reprographics tasks including printing, copying, binding, cutting, folding, drilling, and media duplication (CD/DVD creation and labeling from scanned, audio, or video files).
- Inventory, Delivery & Operational Support: Maintain production supply inventory, restock equipment, support delivery and mail services, deliver completed work to customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain accurate logs and a well‑organized workspace.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least three years of high-volume print/copy experience; prior experience in a legal mailroom environment is preferred.

- Ability to Perform Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical & Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with postage machines, fax machines, copiers, and printers, including basic troubleshooting such as clearing jams and replacing toner.
