Elizabeth Roberts Architecture & Design – Junior Architect position in Brooklyn, NY.
Location: Brooklyn, NY, US

Salary: $70,000 - $76,000 annually
Responsibilities- Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients
- Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction
- Drafting residential drawing sets for NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks filings
- Assisting with construction administration duties
- Attending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Minimum education:
Bachelor of Architecture - Experience in architectural drafting and detailing
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite
- AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus
- Ability to hand sketch, a plus
- Experience working on high-end, single-family residential projects, a plus
- Experience with NYC Dept of Buildings and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
