- Interface with clients to understand their requirements and help develop product roadmaps.
- Help create ideal digital user experiences with our in-house UX Designers to meet client needs
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for Software Engineers based on product business value and help build out the defined user experience
- Lead the technical decision-making process for projects, identifying suitable solutions based on client needs and constraints.
- Drive project execution and oversee product development work streams on a day-to-day basis. Plan development sprints and identify and resolve blockers for the team to keep the projects on track.
- Conduct product acceptance and quality assurance on delivered software
- Work with our offsite engineers to plan their work, provide them what they need and conduct acceptance of their work
- Communicate effectively to articulate the product’s current state, risks if any to internal and external teams.
- Be a mentor and guide for the team and contribute towards technical leadership.
